Bravo-HRS: Version 6.5 New Features - Jan 2001
The following are the new features and enhancements to Bravo-HRS:
- Compatibility with ACCPAC Plus Canadian Payroll version 6.5 and file stucture modifications
to incorporate TONI legislation. In addition, this version required a re-compile using new
Standard C libraries for compatibility with WSM 7.0 and PR 6.5. You will require this version to
operate under these ACCPAC versions.

Bravo Software Group is dedicated to their products, however our DOS sales are not enough to support new features and enhancements
to this product. Because of this, we will not be doing any further development on this product. We will continue to provide compatibility
releases for ACCPAC Canadian and US Payroll at our usual fees. Thanks for your support over the years we hope your move to the Windows

- Year 2000 Compatible
- All major data screens in Bravo-HRS have 4 digit years. All
critical programs have been updated to support dates for year 2000 and greater. However, due
to the changes incorporated into the new ACCPAC Plus Windowing System Manager 7.0, historical
dates are no longer available for reporting. This will not be modified.

- Compatibility with ACCPAC Plus Canadian Payroll version 6.0o and file structure modifications.
Bravo-HRS: Version 6.1f New Features
- A new accrual formula for calculating Seniority time has been added. This seniority day calculation
is for organizations that require more specific seniority to be recorded rather than days worked. This
new formula allows accumulation of seniority days according to the flags that get set on the
attendance codes and days that are worked. The new formula can be accessed by defining an
accrual in Add/Modify/Delete Accruals & Benefits, as a "percentage" of "Seniority". You should
note that the "Seniority Report" on the reports menu and the seniority days kept on the employee
record represent seniority as the total days "worked".
- The Archive and Rehire Employees program has been adjusted to allow new employee numbers to
be assigned if their old number is already being used.
- The following reports have had performance adjustments made to them. They are the
Seniority List, Annual Attendance and Period Attendance reports.
- The accrual calculation for hourly staff relating to "hours worked" type has been adjusted.
Previously hours were calculated based on the setting "normal hours worked" for each employee.
- Bravo-HRS is now compatible with ACCPAC Canadian Payroll version 6.0m. It is also compatible
with ACCPAC U.S. Payroll version 6.1C.
