You can register one of 2 ways;

1. Pre-register and SAVE $5 per child on November 12th from 6:30 to 8:30 in the School Community Room. We have a $5.00 early registration discount for each child.
2. Fill out this Registration Form and fax or mail it to us

Please read this waiver, sign and return it or bring it with you.

Soccer League Details;

Age groups: 4-5 yrs (born 97/98)
6-7 yrs (born 95/96)
8-9 yrs (born 93/94)
10- 12 yrs (born 92/91/90)

Games will be held on either Monday/Wednesday evenings - to be determined

Fees: $50 1 child, $40 second child, Family 3 or more - $120

Register by November 30th, 2002 and save $5 per child
