Remote branch sites, sales reps or business partners
produce orders using ACCPAC Order Entry
(2) At day end they select from Remote OE "Export
Orders". When this has completed select
"Communications". This will invoke your modem and send
the orders, invoices and credit notes to head office.
(3) Head office uses Remote OE to
"Import" the files sent by remote sources, and then
proceed with the normal Order Entry processing steps.
(4) Once the OE is updated from Day
End Processing, head office uses Remote OE to send the
updated inventory and OE files back to the remote sites
(if necessary)
