96/97 is FULL. Submit your name to a waiting list
95-93 has 8 spots open
Your spot is reserved by the receipt of the cheque, not the on-line registration

You can register one of 3 ways;

1. Register at the field - this will apply to available team openings only
2. Fill out this Registration Form and fax or mail it to us
3. Fill out this on-line registration form, and mail your cheque.

Please read this waiver, sign and return it or bring it with you.

Soccer League Details;
  • Age groups: 5-6 yrs (born 99/98)
    7-8 yrs (born 97/96)
    9-11 yrs (born 93/94/95)

  • Games will be held on Thursday evenings from May 27, 2004 to July 29th, 2004
  • Fees: $55 1 child, $100 second child, Family 3 or more - $130
