Hours of Operation
Our technical support staff are
available Monday through Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm
During the summer (Approx. June 10th - Sept. 3rd) technical
support staff hours are reduced to 3:00pm on Friday.
If you have an emergency, please send us an e-mail, these are
still monitored.

May 22, 2006 - Victoria Day
July 3 - 4, 2006 - Canada Day/July 4th (Extended week-end)
August 7, 2006 - Civic Holiday
Sept 4, 2006 - Labor Day
Oct. 9, 2006 - Thanksgiving Day
Dec. 25-Jan 3rd, 2007 - Christmas/New Years Closure

Support Members:
Members of our support and upgrade subscriptions are given
priority service. During office hours you will be served
immediately, and after office hours, we will still try to
contact you if your office is still open. Leave your support
or dealer member number when calling or sending an e-mail,
this will ensure priority treatment.
Non members:
If you are not a member of our support or dealer program,
